Based on the renowned, record-breaking 70cc cylinder, the 95cc version promises plenty of power and offers significant potential for further performance. In contrast to the massive mass of its competitors, the Stage6 relies on completely redesigned exhaust and transfer ports, offering a high-end, thoroughbred cylinder that hasn't just been bored out! In numbers: 24–26 hp is quite realistic, of course only in conjunction with the right setup.
The bore, enlarged by approximately 10% to a full 52 mm, together with almost 5 mm of additional stroke, provides abundant torque at 12600 rpm. The cylinder comes from the factory with a relatively low valve timing , making it suitable for a wide range of series and racing applications and providing an ideal basis for tuning .
The patented modular design principle is of course retained. This means the cylinder can also be used on other engines. A Viton® O-ring is used to seal the adapter plate and cylinder, eliminating the need to constantly clean or replace the sealing surface and gasket. Once the adapter plate has been mounted and leveled using the base gaskets, there is no need for subsequent adjustments.
The CNC-machined adapter plate bolts to the engine body and holds the cylinder via external studs. The R/T-95cc cylinder system does not require continuous studs, so the exhaust and transfer port design is not subject to the restrictions of conventional racing cylinders, resulting in significant tuning and portability reserves .
The spherical combustion chamber dome is bolted five times and thermally stabilized by its cooling pockets. In addition to the theoretically shorter break-in time, the piston with a pinnacle coating offers significantly improved emergency running characteristics and is therefore more forgiving of minor defects.

Please note: To install the cylinder, the engine housing must be stripped to 58.40 mm at the cylinder base. Detailed instructions are included. If assembly materials are missing or damaged, use ONLY Stage6 spare parts, otherwise irreparable damage may occur! A crankshaft with a 90 mm connecting rod, 44 mm stroke, and a 14 mm piston pin is also required.
