Here we present the Stage6 R/T Big Bore 95cc Piaggio NRG / Runner cylinder head kit , the flagship of the "Big Bore" range from the two-star brand.

Offering a piston diameter of 52 mm for a stroke of 44 mm (i.e. 95 cc), this "R/T Big Bore 95 cc" series for Piaggio / Gilera LC scooters takes up the innovations of its 70 cc "little brother" but with a much larger displacement.

This Stage6 R/T Big Bore 95cc Piaggio NRG / Runner cylinder head kit therefore includes the following items:

• Nikasil treated aluminum cylinder, with 6 intake ports and two-part bar exhaust outlet
• Piston diam.52mm/axis 14mm and extra-thin single ring
• Two-piece high compression head with detachable stud (anodized orange)
• Specific base thickness “R/T”.
• Exhaust flange for mounting the “R/T 95cc” exhaust.
• Gaskets and screws required for cylinder assembly

The specific thickness of the base allows the cylinder to be bolted to the lower engine without the studs passing through from one side of the kit to the other, which will allow the tuners to give free rein to their "imagination". Performance-wise, this R/T Big Bore 95cc kit is on par with the best "Big Bore" cylinders on the market with a potential power ranging from about 24 to 26 horsepower.

Note : The engine block will need to be bored out to accommodate the cylinder base (diameter 58.4mm at +/- 0.1mm, depth 10mm), plan provided in the instructions. Only Stage6 "R/T 95cc" exhausts can be fitted to this cylinder.
