For fans of the famous star brand, we offer you this Stage6 70cc Racing MKII cylinder head with 10mm shaft MBK Nitro / Aerox.
If you are looking for power , this is the latest generation of the cylinder which allows you to reach a power between 17 and 19 hp , that is about 2 or 3 hp more than the old MKI version.
This Stage6 cylinder offers exceptional performance for a 70cc racing kit and makes it one of the most powerful cylinders on the market.
This feat is made possible by a new transfer case design that favors torque and ensures excellent reliability . The exhaust system has been optimized with a two-piece exhaust system and 6 ports (compared to the previous 5) for maximum power . For technical accuracy, the diagrams are 190°-130°.
For a Hyper Racing setup (Hyper Racing exhaust and big bore carburetor) it is highly recommended to choose the 12mm piston version on this cylinder kit (S6-7416608 ).
It is also recommended to add a reinforced crankshaft for greater reliability of the entire engine, as well as a carburetor of at least 21 mm and a Racing range exhaust.

For assembly , we recommend cleaning the engine before any reassembly, checking the condition of the parts and installing a new spark plug and needle cage. Finally, we recommend changing the carburetor settings to avoid tightening.
The cylinder squish should be between 0.75 and 0.85. As for break-in , a minimum of 300 km with a 3% oil mixture will give you strength and durability.
Please note : original exhausts cannot be fitted to this cylinder.
