Stage6 cylinder kits are dedicated to developing high-performance tuning components and are constantly tackling new challenges. This is why they are now also launching cylinders for gear-driven mopeds. Here's a 77cc Stage6 Big Racing cylinder kit for Derbi Euro 3/4.
Big Racing Cylinder Design for Gear Mopeds
The cylinder was developed in close collaboration with the professionals at MXS Racing. On the one hand, they were able to benefit from their experience in gear-driven mopeds and, on the other, utilize their technical expertise, which allowed Stage6 engineers to develop an innovative and highly successful tuning cylinder.
In terms of appearance, the BigRacing is rather inconspicuous, but looks can be deceiving. The cylinder is a thoroughbred aluminum "Big Bore," meaning it's not based on a standard cylinder that was simply bolted on, but rather designed as a true Big Bore kit with matching transfer ports and a large exhaust that supports the cylinder's increased performance.

Easy installation : Installation is particularly simple as no milling work is required on the engine block. The crushing edge is optimized for the respective engine type.

High performance : 23 hp and 13 Nm were measured on the P4 test bench with a standard configuration (24 mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust).

Robust and reliable : The cylinder phasing (190° - 125°), the large cooling volume and the high-quality Vertex piston ensure high reliability, provided the setup and settings are correct.
Using the Stage6 BigRacing Derbi E3 / E4 cylinder
The displacement is 77 cc (50 mm piston), which means it's not road legal. A reinforced crankshaft with a standard stroke is required.
From the outside, the cylinder is a replica of the original cylinder marked 49cc; but don't worry, it's clearly a 77cc cylinder.
Note: It is recommended to use "long" cylinder head nuts to properly tighten the head.

Please note : 50cc motorcycles equipped with Derbi Euro 4 engines have a slightly smaller temperature sensor (thread: M12 x 1.5) than Derbi Euro 3 models (M14 x 1.5). To mount the original Euro 4 temperature sensor on the cylinder head, use the adapter MF96.91010.
