STAGE 6 STREETRACE 70cc cast iron cylinder kit D.46.95mm, air cooling, 10 pin for Minarelli Horizontal engines
This is the Stage6 Streetrace cast iron 70cc MBK Ovetto / Neo cylinder for anyone looking for power and reliability.
This latest generation kit was developed in the workshops of the German company Stage6, for intensive daily use. The brand's engineers have sought to offer maximum driving pleasure, providing a significant gain in torque and also increasing the maximum speed.
With this product, this goal has been fully achieved, as the design is cast iron, with a two-ring piston and a high compression head that guarantee reliability for intensive use and reduced maintenance. The inside of the cylinder, with 6 intake ports and an oval exhaust port, offers performance far superior to the original.
It can develop around 8-11 horsepower with the correct setup (see below), and 1-3 horsepower more than other 70cc kits
This high engine kit includes the following parts:
- 47mm cast iron cylinder,
- 10mm double crown piston,
- Aluminum cylinder head,
- Gasket kit.
If you are looking for reliability and power, this is the 70 cast iron kit for you.
It remains discreet because the external mold is a replica of the original cylinder, so it bears the annotation "49cc". But we want to reassure you: it is indeed a 70cc.
Technical information:
- Not approved for road use.
- The cylinder squish has already been done by the manufacturer, only a basic gasket will be delivered.
- 300 km of running-in (150 km at ½ gas and 150 km at ¾ gas).
- If you keep the oil pump, use Stage6 oil , whose fluidity does not clog the pump's distribution circuit.
