Stage6 is dedicated to the development of high-performance tuning components and is constantly tackling new challenges. This is why it is now also launching cylinders and entire engine packages with matching tuning components for manual mopeds. - 77cc Stage6 cylinder, 50mm bore, alloy, with 5 relief holes and split exhaust
- Vertex 1-ring piston, d. 50mm

The Stage6 Big Racing cylinder is a racing cylinder specially developed for manual mopeds and supermotos. This highly successful and newly developed cylinder offers a huge increase in performance, especially when combined with the included matching exhaust, the Stage6 R/T 80-90cc racing exhaust .
Aesthetically, the BigRacing may appear inconspicuous, but appearances can be deceiving. The cylinder is an original "Big Bore" cylinder, meaning it's not based on a standard cylinder that was simply bolted on, but rather designed as a true Big Bore kit, complete with overflow ports and a large exhaust to support the cylinder's extra power. From the outside, the cylinder is a replica of the original cylinder with the 49cc logo stamped on it; but don't worry, it's clearly a 77cc cylinder.
Installation is extremely simple, and no milling work is required on the engine block. The squish edge is preset to a value optimized for the respective engine type.
In terms of performance, the BigRacing is convincing across the board: on our P4 dyno we measured a whopping 23 hp and 13 Nm ; a standard setup was used (24 mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust, etc.)
The cylinder timing is relatively low (190° - 125°), the cooling volume is quite large and the piston is of extremely high quality (Vertex): all factors that make the cylinder very reliable and robust, provided the tuning and settings are correct.
Note: It is recommended to use "long" cylinder head nuts to properly tighten the head. It is recommended to use a reinforced crankshaft with a standard stroke.
The already very powerful cylinder is complemented and supported by a Stage6 R/T 80-90cc Minarelli AM6 exhaust system , a high-end exhaust specially designed for the tuned Minarelli AM6 models.
This is a classic racing exhaust made of carefully hand-welded sheet steel with a high-quality rear silencer, shown here in black/orange (other colors available). As is usual for high-end systems, the exhaust comes in a racing finish, meaning it's unpainted and untreated.
The exhaust guarantees maximum power across the entire rpm range and was specifically designed for powerful 80 to 90cc engines. There's not much more you can do when tuning 2-strokes, so if you want to maximize the power of your transmission, this is the exhaust that makes it possible.
