Design and performance of the 70 Stage6 103 kit
The Stage6 103 70cc kit is made of aluminum with a 46mm bore and features ingeniously designed ports to optimize cylinder filling at all rpm. The oval booster exhaust offers a large exhaust surface, ensuring efficient gas evacuation without compromising the ring's longevity.
It is accompanied by an ultra-light single-ring piston , specially designed for this cylinder, weighing just 60 grams, which allows you to make the most of the power and improve the engine's responsiveness.
In practical terms, the result is a state-of-the-art racing cylinder , perfectly suited to everyday use on mopeds or for racing . Thanks to the appropriate configuration, we were able to obtain more than 12 hp without too much difficulty.

As is usual for Peugeot 103 mopeds, the cylinder comes without a cylinder head. You can fit the original cylinder head, the Stage6 cylinder head specifically for the Peugeot 103, or any other compatible cylinder head available on the market.
To achieve 12 HP , we also recommend using the Stage6 Peugeot 103 crankshaft, the Stage6 PVL 103 ignition, the MotoForce Racing crankcase and a carburetor with at least 19 mm.

Tips for installing the Stage6 cylinder on the Peugeot 103
Before installing the Stage6 cylinder, the engine must be thoroughly cleaned, all parts checked for damage, and a new spark plug and piston pin bearing installed. The carburetor settings must be adjusted. The bleed point must be greater than or equal to 1 mm. The engine must be operated for at least 300 km with a 3% mixture to ensure its robustness and durability.
