Stage6 28mm Minarelli intake kit - complete tuning intake kit for Minarelli scooters with carburetor mounting above the rear wheel. In addition to various performance-enhancing components, the kit also includes the subframe bracket required for the conversion.

We've put together this premium tuning package to save you time and hassle when tuning your intake system. With this kit, you can upgrade your bike's intake system in one fell swoop and significantly improve performance. The components are a perfect fit, so there's no need to worry about a thing: just install the parts and you're done.

Installing a larger carburetor, in this case a 28 mm, is recommended for all types of tuning (larger displacement, racing exhaust, etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor with Powerjet improves engine response and provides optimal support even for very powerful engines. Note: As a racing product, the carburetor does not have a vacuum or oil connection.

The Stage6 subframe allows for the installation of a carburetor directly above the rear wheel. The advantages: a significantly improved and smoother cornering position when changing throttle load, as well as improved throttle response and increased peak power thanks to a straight intake manifold.

The CNC-machined Stage6 R/T intake manifold + spacer is designed for direct mounting of flat-slide carburetors toward the rear wheel, without the carburetor being excessively tilted. The specially designed flow-optimized bore through the intake manifold and spacer improves airflow.

The Stage6 R/T FKM (Viton®) diaphragm block is the ideal addition to large-bore carburetors. The two-reed diaphragm block, made of petrol-resistant material, is perfectly sealed and comes with venturi tubes and two sets of diaphragm plates (carbon + fibreglass).

Of course, an open sports air filter is a must: we've chosen a large, black Stage6 Double Layer Racing air filter. The different cellular structure of the two foam layers ensures optimal airflow and excellent filtering.

Also included is a Stage6 HQ 5x9mm fuel hose, made of high-quality, durable and slow-hardening material.

Note: When mounting the carburetor and air filter at the rear, the rear end of the scooter must be slightly modified.
