Stage6 R/T Derbi 70 - 80 LOW MOUNT exhaust
We offer the Stage6 R/T 70 - 80 Derbi low-mount exhaust , a high-end Hyper Racing exhaust for the Derbi Senda, Aprilia SX, GIlera SMT and many other 50cc motorcycles with Derbi engines. Always looking for performance, Stage6 R/T offers you an exhaust specially designed for cylinders between 70 and 80cc.
Stage6 70-80 Derbi exhaust design
This is a racing exhaust made from carefully hand-welded 0.8mm thin sheet steel cones. It comes with a high-quality muffler, shown here in black/blue (other colors available).
As is often the case with high-end systems, the exhaust has a "Racing" finish, which means the body is unpainted . Our advice: treat it regularly with spray grease to prevent premature rust.
Derbi Stage6 R/T 70-80 exhaust performance
This muffler is the result of extensive bench testing. Its shape and volume were specifically designed to fit 70-80cc cylinder kits, offering maximum performance. It will be the perfect complement to a 70-80cc racing or hyper-racing cylinder kit such as the Stage6 BigRacing 77, the Malossi MHR Team, or the Metrakit Pro Race.
The Derbi R/T 70-80 cylinder develops maximum power across the entire rev range, but with a tendency toward high and very high revs. Top speed enthusiasts will have a blast!
Extras and accessories for the Derbi 70 / 80 EXHAUST
The exhaust features a standard flange with a 30 mm internal diameter and a 34 mm external diameter, secured by two bolts. It also includes a 17 mm needle, a component that could play a crucial role in improving the performance of racing engines. The stinger is a key component that creates a venturi effect that increases air pressure inside the exhaust pipe, thus helping to optimize engine performance.
The kit also includes the necessary small parts and a mounting silentblock.
