Programmable internal rotor ignition for Yamaha and Malaguti scooters

The Stage6 R/T PVL internal rotor ignition gets an update! The new Stage6 R/T MK 2 internal rotor ignition for 50cc scooters with Minarelli engines now features a freely programmable control unit that allows you to adapt the ignition curve to your engine configuration and preferences. Programming software and an interface are included.

Optional Mapping Programming

If you don't want (or can't) program the ECU, no problem! The supplied ECU is already loaded with the latest MK2 ignition curves. This means the ignition is plug & play without having to use the programming function if you don't want to.

• Option 1 : Do not connect the green wire to ground: Cornering with less advance → race on the track
• Option 2 : Connect the green wire to ground: Corner with greater anticipation → acceleration races
• Option 3 : Program the ignition curve yourself with the special software and the Stage6 R/T interface.

And if you want more rev potential, you can fit a weight plate to the ignition rotor. This modification increases inertia at high revs.

Stage6 - PVL PARTNERSHIP for maximum power

As with the previous model, PVL supplies the extremely proven and reliable hardware, while Stage6 contributes the software, namely the two ignition curves, based on the experience of thousands of bench tests and years on the track in the most titled competitions.

A must for racing scooters and tuning projects, i.e. when it comes to getting the maximum performance from your 50cc scooter.

STage6 R/T Ignition Notes and Recommendations:

• The Stage6 R/T MK2 ignition is a racing ignition, so there is no provision for a light/water pump . A battery is required to power the electrical system .

• Cannot be used in combination with Malossi MHR Team crankshafts.

• It is recommended to use a racing spark plug and spark plug remover.
• Make sure there is a ground wire between the engine case and the frame!
