Stage6 R/T Minarelli Racing Gearbox Cover with Titanium Bolts
Update for the Stage6 R/T gearbox cover: The CNC-milled Stage6 R/T gearbox cover is now also available with a complete set of titanium screws (6x Stage6 R/T titanium screws).
For 50cc scooters with Minarelli engines (horizontal + vertical) such as MBK Booster, Nitro, Ovetto, Stunt or Yamaha Aerox, BW's, Jog R, Neo and many others.
Stage6 R/T gearbox construction
The gearbox cover is CNC machined from high-quality aluminum alloy. High-quality SKF bearings ensure maximum performance and durability.
During the development process, particular attention was paid to the rigidity and strength of the gearbox cover. Stage6 has developed a rigid and durable cover that delivers excellent performance even under the most demanding conditions. Greater rigidity means better performance under all conditions.
Compared to the OEM Minarelli gearbox cover, this cover features 2 needle bearings on the secondary axes, reducing friction and thus improving performance even on non-extreme scooters.
Also included is an orange Stage6 R/T FKM crankshaft seal, which adds an extra touch to this gearbox cover.

Hex head bolts with Torx inserts allow the cover to be mounted precisely and securely.
Made of titanium, the bolts are extremely strong yet very light, making them the first choice for any application where weight reduction makes sense.

An exceptional feature of this product is the HQ Viton O-ring seal. By eliminating the traditional paper seal, stability is improved and the connection between the cover and the engine housing is optimized, resulting in improved performance thanks to reduced torsion. This seal makes a significant difference in performance compared to other tuning transmission covers.
Furthermore, it is not necessary to mill the cover if you want to install a larger torque converter. The Stage6 transmission cover is compatible with OEM and oversize torque converters.
On vertical Minarelli applications, in some cases the OEM pulleys may touch the cover; this can be avoided by slightly grinding the pulley protrusion. This applies ONLY to OEM pulleys.
