The Stage6 Pro Replica MKII exhaust is 100% manufactured in Europe using high-quality materials and the most advanced manufacturing techniques. It's a classic exhaust made from hand-welded thin sheet metal cones. The high-quality, high-temperature paint finish ensures a long life.
Pro Replica MK2 Performance Profile
The performance of the Stage6 Pro Replica MK2 differs from its predecessor, the Stage6 Pro Replica MK1, in that the torque starts much earlier and there is a significant increase in mid-range power , without losing any of the revving power. The result is a powerful and easy-to-tune exhaust with a wide usable rev range.
Power with Stage6 Streetrace cast iron cylinder:
- With a Stage6 Streetrace 50cc grey cast iron cylinder, we managed to achieve a power output of 8.79 hp with a torque of 6.37 Nm.
- With a Stage6 Streetrace 70cc grey cast iron cylinder kit we were able to achieve a power output of 10.74 hp with a torque of 8.51 Nm.
Power with original cylinder:
- With a stock cylinder, we managed to get a power output of 7.36 hp with a torque of 6.41 Nm.

Note: For homologation reasons, the Stage6 Pro Replica MK2 exhaust is equipped with two chokes. One choke is located in the manifold (welded), the second in the muffler. Please note that the homologation of the exhaust will be voided if the chokes are removed!
