BIG EVOLUTION EXHAUSTS
Polini Motori enriches its line of exhausts with the new Polini “BIG” exhaust.
EVOLUTION” developed specifically to make the most of the new series of
Big Evolution cylinders for both Piaggio and Minarelli horizontal engines
water-cooled.
To obtain maximum performance, 2 models of mufflers will be available for
Piaggio engines and 2 models of mufflers for Minarelli engines.
In detail: a muffler is specific for the Big Evolution cylinders Ø47,6 displacement
70cc., the other for Big Evolution Ø52 cylinders for 84cc displacement. and 94cc.
The technical characteristics:
- The exhaust manifold flange is with 3 holes to fit perfectly with the
new cylinder to avoid possible gas leaks and power losses
- The manifold is connected with a turned tube to obtain a Venturi effect in
way to increase the exhaust gas evacuation flow rate by promoting a
power increase up to 14,000 rpm.
- The shape and size of the expansion with an attractive look have been studied
to have maximum performance and to be coupled with the TORSEN WD.
- The silencer curve is removable; this way you can insert
nozzles of different diameters to increase the engine speed.
- The silencer, in black anodized aluminum, slightly longer for
contain the noise, varies in the slightly larger internal diameter for
improve acceleration. The bottom is removable to replace the material
sound-absorbing.
All these features improve the overall performance of the engine, both in
acceleration than pure speed, for guaranteed driving fun in all conditions
circuits.
