Procedura consigliata per montaggio e controlli finali (prima di avviare il motore).

STEP 1Prepara il veicolo parcheggiandolo su una superficie piana e stabile, con il motore spento e freddo. Rimuovi la batteria se presente per sicurezza.

STEP 2Smonta il filtro aria originale e tutte le plastiche o coperture circostanti al collettore di aspirazione. Prepara eventuali attrezzi come cacciaviti, chiavi a brugola e clampetti per tubi.

STEP 3Verifica lo spazio disponibile attorno al collettore originale e individua le parti in plastica che richiedono modifiche per il montaggio del nuovo collettore Malossi MHR. Procedi con attenzione a effettuare le piccole modifiche necessarie alle plastiche circostanti, utilizzando strumenti adeguati e proteggendo le superfici.

STEP 4Rimuovi il collettore di aspirazione originale svitando o allentando i raccordi che lo fissano al cilindro e al carburatore. Togli con cautela il collettore senza danneggiare guarnizioni o parti adiacenti.

STEP 5Controlla la guarnizione di tenuta tra il collettore e il cilindro; se usurata o danneggiata, sostituiscila con una nuova per garantire una tenuta ottimale.

STEP 6Posiziona il collettore racing Malossi MHR in sede, allineandolo bene al cilindro e al carburatore del tuo motore Minarelli orizzontale. Inserisci il collettore e serra i morsetti o viti di fissaggio seguendo le specifiche del costruttore.

STEP 7Assicurati che il carburatore sia correttamente fissato al collettore e controlla che non vi siano perdite d’aria o gioco eccessivo tra i componenti.

STEP 8Rimonta il filtro aria compatibile che si adatta al nuovo collettore o utilizza un filtro aftermarket consigliato, dato che il filtro aria originale non è compatibile con questo collettore.

STEP 9Rimonta le plastiche modificate, verificando che non tocchino il collettore e che tutto sia saldo e senza interferenze.

STEP 10Prima di avviare il motore, verifica di aver completato tutte le regolazioni e controlla l’assenza di potenziali perdite d’aria o parti mobili che possano interferire. Accendi il motore e fai una prova su banco o strada monitorando eventuali anomalie.

STEP 11Aggiusta, se necessario, la carburazione e la configurazione del motore per sfruttare al meglio le caratteristiche del collettore racing. Segui le indicazioni del manuale ufficiale per tutte le regolazioni del motore.
