Procedura consigliata per montaggio e controlli finali (prima di avviare il motore).

Il collettore racing Malossi MHR diametro 22-24,5 mm e lunghezza 29 cm inclinato FKM è progettato per motori Minarelli orizzontali 2 tempi da 50 cc con carburatori Dell’Orto PHBG e PHVB. Questo collettore è indicato per scooter e moto 50 cc di marche come Yamaha, MBK, Aprilia, Benelli e altri, ma richiede modifiche sulle plastiche e non è compatibile con i filtri aria originali.
  1. STEP 1
    Prepara l’area di lavoro assicurandoti che il motore sia freddo e il veicolo stabile su un cavalletto o supporto sicuro.
  2. STEP 2
    Smonta con cura il collettore aspirazione originale svitando le viti o i morsetti di fissaggio al cilindro e al carburatore; rimuovi eventuali tubi collegati e pulisci la zona di montaggio da sporco o residui.
  3. STEP 3
    Verifica di possedere un carburatore compatibile (Dell’Orto PHBG da 19 a 21 mm non imbussolato o PHVB 17,5 mm) e preparati a modificare eventuali plastiche circostanti per permettere il corretto montaggio del collettore MHR.
  4. STEP 4
    Applica guarnizioni o sigillanti secondo le specifiche del costruttore sul collettore nuovo, se necessari, per garantire la tenuta all’aria.
  5. STEP 5
    Posiziona il collettore Malossi nel punto di attacco al cilindro, assicurandoti che sia correttamente inclinato e allineato.
  6. STEP 6
    Fissa il collettore con le viti o i morsetti originali, serrandoli seguendo le indicazioni tecniche del costruttore del veicolo.
  7. STEP 7
    Collega il collettore al carburatore compatibile, controllando che non ci siano fuoriuscite d’aria o giochi eccessivi; se necessario, effettua le modifiche sulle plastiche per completare il montaggio.
  8. STEP 8
    Verifica tutte le connessioni, assicurati che il fissaggio sia saldo e che il collettore non interferisca con altre parti mobili o plastiche.
  9. STEP 9
    Rimonta eventuali componenti smontati in precedenza e pulisci l’area di lavoro.
  10. STEP 10
