Malossi Testa Rossa FL100 high-end cylinder
The famous red-headed cylinder: Malossi MHR Team Testa Rossa FL100 cylinder kit, suitable for 8.1, Malossi C-One, RC-One, and other FL cylinders (Piaggio LC and Minarelli LC). The Testa Rossa stands for maximum power and completely new tuning possibilities—it's probably as close as it gets. The Testa Rossa FL100 is the most powerful Malossi cylinder to date: over 32 hp at 14,000 rpm.

Flange mounted cylinder
FL stands for Flange Mount, meaning the cylinder is flanged from the outside. The space gained allows for larger exhaust ports, and of course, there are many options for further modifications and tuning. The exhaust surface area and volume are very generous, and the two-piece exhaust's center strut is narrow and minimizes stress on the piston.
Red Head
The red anodized modular, multi-bolt head that gives the Testa Rossa its name is CNC-milled from high-quality aluminum and completes the masterpiece not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of aesthetics.
Mounting with RC-One housing
Thanks to the innovative flange mounting system, the cylinder can only be mounted on high-end cases such as the Malossi C-One and RC-One, Ottopunto Fireblade, Top Performances TPR, and Polini PRE . However, this is not a "plug & play" installation; the crankcase must be re-piped to accommodate a crankshaft with a 100 mm / 47 mm stroke.
Red Head Configuration
The cylinder must be used with a racing crankshaft with a 100 mm stroke. Naturally, a suitable racing exhaust and a larger 30 - 34 mm carburetor are required. Furthermore, since this is a high-end racing kit, an internal rotor ignition is a must.
To achieve maximum performance, Malossi offers the 47 mm stroke crankshaft / 100 mm connecting rod Malossi Testa Rossa FL100 specially designed for the Testa Rossa and the Malossi MHR racing exhaust.
