📦 Insured Shipping – Terms and Conditions

We offer the possibility of insuring the shipment of your order for an additional cost of €5.00 .
Insurance is optional , but recommended to protect your package from loss, theft, or damage during transport .

✅ What does the insurance cover:

  • Loss of the package by the courier
  • Theft in transit
  • Visible damage to the package or contents, caused by transport

❌ What it does NOT cover:

  • Delivery delays
  • Errors in the address provided by the customer
  • Damages not reported or documented upon delivery
  • Failure to collect or storage not attributable to the courier

📸 Necessary documentation:

To open an insurance claim, it is mandatory to provide:

  • Photo of the damaged package (external and internal) with visible label
  • In case of loss, wait for the courier's investigation (7-14 working days)

💰 Expected refund:

If the application is approved, the customer will be able to choose between:

  • Full refund of the amount paid (excluding insurance costs)

  • Free reshipping of the same items (if available)

If the items are damaged, the customer must return them; once received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a new shipment will be sent, based on the customer's choice and item availability.

⚠️ How to activate it:

To activate insurance, you must select the “Shipping + Insurance” option at checkout.
Otherwise, the shipment will take place without insurance coverage and at the customer's risk .
